Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

We want you to be happy with Framewave. The free tier exists so you can try everything important before paying — but if a purchase doesn’t work out, here’s how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re on your first paid subscription and it isn’t what you expected, email cunners123@gmail.com within 14 days of the first charge and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Polar (our merchant of record) to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Renewal charges aren’t automatically refundable — cancelling before your renewal date is the reliable way to avoid one, and you keep paid features until the period ends. That said, if a renewal charge catches you out (e.g. you meant to cancel), email us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll usually refund it as a courtesy provided the period’s usage is minimal.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions get the same 14-day guarantee on the first charge. After that, we don’t pro-rate partially used years — cancel anytime and the plan runs until the end of the paid year.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country (for example, UK and EU consumers’ rights around digital services that are faulty or not as described).

How to request a refund

Email cunners123@gmail.com from the address on your account with the word “refund” in the subject. Include roughly when you were charged; we’ll handle the rest with Polar.
