Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI generation?
One prompt-to-graphic generation or one AI edit in the editor uses one credit. Failed requests don't consume credits. Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month and don't roll over.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card — and no account, until you want cloud features. You get the full template library, AI generations and exports (with a small watermark, up to 1080p). A card is only needed to start a paid trial.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Both paid plans start with 14 days free. You go through checkout to start it and get the full plan straight away — no watermark, the higher AI limits, cloud sync. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, so cancelling before then costs you nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in one click. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for; there's no lock-in.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Cloud projects stay safely stored and reappear if you re-subscribe; projects on your device stay on your device; and every video you've already exported is yours forever.
Is VAT / sales tax included?
Checkout is handled by Polar, our merchant of record — they calculate and collect any VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout, so the invoice is always tax-correct.
What's the refund policy?
The 14-day trial is the refund policy — cancel before it ends and you’re never charged, so there’s nothing to claim back. After that we don’t run a blanket money-back guarantee on top, but we do refund charges made in error, renewals that caught you out, and anything genuinely broken. Full detail in the refund policy.

Will AI-made graphics get me demonetized on YouTube?
No — YouTube’s “inauthentic content” policy targets mass-produced, low-effort videos, not production tools. Framewave graphics are deterministic, human-designed templates; the AI only fills in your text and data, and nothing it outputs falls under YouTube’s synthetic-media disclosure rules. To be clear, no tool can promise monetization outcomes — we wrote an honest breakdown of what the policy actually says.
